Why we don’t take fees of any kind? No partner including the Hospitals and Clinics pays us anything, charges, or any money whatsoever. All we do is find the best, vet and help the Interview and Hiring to go as smoothly as possible and make sure we put the best for our partners to choose from. Even when the selection is made from our medical staff candidates, no money, never ever. It is because if you take care of people from the beginning of the relationship it always comes back tenfold. It is something my father who was a Lt. Cmdr. in the US Navy and fought in 3 wars, taught me from the get-go. Take care of others and they will take care of you. We also have a Got Your Back, mentality and a No One Gets Left Behind motto. If we all work together only good things will happen. This is our motto. We stand and live by it. Our family and our own come first!
The MTM Transition Team consists of area team members helping our Hired Foreign medical staff to have an easy transition once they arrive in America. From the Airport to their new apartment or home. From finding the right schools for the kids, to the banks, to the grocery stores to restaurants to even the YMCA. This way there is no stress for them and their families to go through. We use the US Armed Forces methodology. From receiving your new orders to being transferred to new Military Bases in the US and across the globe. MTM’s Transition philosophy has worked very well for the military and that is why it works for our platform. We are the same as Military families, we help, we do and we are there 24-7 and it pays off in the end.
The MTM Communications Team consists of PR, Publicity, and Business Communications College students who are dedicated to being in contact with our Hospitals and Clinic Personnel 24-7. This way there is constant contact, and no one gets left behind. Everyone is in the know. No guessing and No contact is not in our game plan. We want our partners all to be in the know. Because the best communication is the key to success on all levels. Our staff, our medical family, and our Partners are only a phone call, an email, and even a live person away and we make it happen no matter the cost.

Med-Tech Migration, its principals have been in the People business since 1986 where it all started in Houston, Texas.
Med-Tech Migration has retooled a 38-year-old concept called (FOCUS). We don’t do a hundred things at once. We do two things that we are really good at and that is finding “the Cream of the Crop” and giving them an opportunity to sharpen their teeth and all the while we are close at hand.
The founder’s father was a 3-war Veteran, LT. CMDR. In the U.S. Navy as a Seabee and has made a commitment to honor his father and install a “Family Comes First,” Occupational objective. So, no- one gets left behind.
Our commitment is to fill the gaps. Bring on the best of the best. To help our VETS and our Military who server 24-7 to keep our country safe. Our dedication means we have to sacrifice along-side all the men and women who serve our great country.
We focus on the best with the best. Foreign Nurses who are the best nurses in the world. Only one foreign country and that is the Philippines. Their second language is English. They are caring, proficient and dedicated at helping the sick get well and they love what they do.
We partner with the VA, The Defense Department and the Military Health System not the private sector. We are not scattered all over the place. Our focus: THE VET, MILITARY FAMILIES, AND THE ARM FORCES. OUR GOAL IS TO FILL THE SPOTS MOST NEEDED TO HELP THE MILITARY GET WHAT THEY DESERVE EVERY DAY OF THE YEAR. This is our endgame.
We have a job to do, and I believe we have the methodology to get it done. We start being helping Nursing Students as they enter School as freshman and groom them for overseas work in the US and our Military bases all over the world. We pattern our business model around the likeness of Pro Sports in America. We are with them throughout the entire process and never leave their side throughout their entire careers. Once they graduate, they are in this country as Nurse Technicians working through to an RN title within 3 years all the while making a good living with no worry and sending money home to their families in the Philippines. We know the job is not easy. But we have the right kind of tenacity within the Philippines make-up of the nursing student and the Nurse. No-one on the planet can touch this, Title. No one gets left behind. OORAH!
Mr. Germans’ Dad a “Three War Veteran” and a Seabee Battalion Commander who helped build Walt Disney World out of the Swamps at Bear Lake in the late 60’s and early 70’s under General Joe Potts and Admiral Joe Fowler.
“It’s kind of like it was my job was to take this to another level and make it work”. We have it down to a science with our keen focus. The US VA Administration, The MHS and The Defense Department needs Nurses on every level and our goal is to be the best by bring the best talent to America to take care of this Nursing shortage and make a difference in the lives of everyone involved by providing the greatest care to all of our Military.
